Friendly amd helpful staffs, kudos to Amalina, Syaz, Aisyah and an Indian petite lady, sorry I forgot your name. The first room I was assigned to, the hose was leaking. Amalina quickly acknowledged the issue and move me to a new room.
The new assigned room smell very bad, especially the toilet. The shower gel dispenser didnt work, I pumped and no shower gel came out. The mattress is not soft - i can feel the spring when I lay down. I hope can fix the problem. This is my third time stay here, hope can improve has i'll be coming back every month.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The MRT station is quite close (if you dont mind walking a few KM) and is surrounded with all these eateries places. Overall, the location is very good.
One bad experience is about the staff in regards to our check-out time. We were nearly kick out from our room as they claimed we overstayed. Fortunately, the room was fully paid for with the extended hours and we need to produce our receipt for their verification. Was wondering why the staffs cant even checked in their own system and that made us very uncomfortable. Hope the management will look into such matter in the future.
