    Stay for 1 night Room quite big Clean and all facilities function well Tv channels are great and very clear Parking for big bike like me quite difficult .. no parking space near the hotel entrance..

    I booked for two day so first day I checked in on night so they gave a room with queen size bed went well and I went out on day 2 and come again and there's a dif lady I just went up to room and the room is locked I can't open so I went back to reception and I asked they said you need to change the room cz you stay at queen bed but the thing is y they need to give a queen bed and ask to change again! And they ask me to pay again RM50 and I said I can't y should I pay and I said okey I can change the room but they said sorry you can't cz there's no one to clean the room . IS THAT MY PROBLEM? and after a the argument the lady with a terrible face she said like okey leave it I just gave you like she giving me as free ... Bruh I paid for it.... Thank you please take good care on your staff

    We have to attend a seminar at Confetti at the Mine. Hotel 99 is very near to the place. We booked the hotel because of conveniences. .Our room has no window, as such has to on the conditioner but the air conditioner is a bit noisy . The drainage of the sink in the bathroom is not functioning well, water retain in the sink for long time before another person can use it. The shower set in the bathroom is only fixed with the ceiling type, the hair is wet after a shower. We booked for 3 days but no cleaner come to clean the room, may be we have to request but we did not.
