Riad Monceau

One of the best places I have ever stayed! From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. We were welcomed with traditional Moroccan tea and pastries while soufiane took the time to explain Marrakech to us, including the Old Town, New Town, must-visit attractions, and local recommendations. This level of personal attention is something you rarely receive, even in many 5-star hotels. We were very kindly upgraded to a stunning room with a jacuzzi, which made our stay even more special. The room was beautiful, spotless, and the hygiene standards throughout the riad were absolutely amazing. A special thank you to Soufiane, who was hands down the best receptionist we could have asked for. He guided us with bookings, explained everything about Marrakech, checked in on us every day, and genuinely made us feel cared for throughout our stay. His kindness and professionalism made a huge difference to our experience. The entire team was wonderful always smiling, greeting us warmly, and happy to help with directions, recommendations, or anything else we needed.Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, and I will definitely miss the fresh orange juice! Every meal felt carefully prepared and authentic.Both restaurants were fantastic and honestly among the best we visited in Marrakech. The live jazz music, atmosphere, aesthetics, and overall ambiance were incredible and created such a memorable experience.Despite being located in the heart of the Medina, the riad is tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the busy streets. Overall, this was an 11/10 experience. We are already planning our next visit and have been recommending the riad to our family and friends. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable!

The location was very close to the old Madina entrance. Very walkable area near many restaurants and shops. Clean rooms with refreshments (price not included in total).

The room we had (jaffar) was very small. The nightly music was loud. The breakfast was not versatile mostly breads. The restaurant was too expensive for the quality of food provided.

Beautiful Riad

Everything. Fabulous Riad in the heart of the medina but so peaceful when on roof terrace pool area. Fabulous restaurant and bars with amazing love music.
