Loved the location. Right next to the Souks and conveniently located by the main attractions. Bit noisy as it is a popular area however easy to close a window. Air conditioning provided as well as toiletries. Friendly locals who were wiling to help and have a chat. Lots of inexpensive but quality food and other places to eat. The host was friendly and helpful, gave me a map. Was super accomodating and let me leave my suitcase at the property and stay after check out time - had a really late flight and wasn't left on my own. Personally I don't like some of the reviews on this sight. This is a private residence opened to the public. If you want a five star hotel book one don't book an extremely affordable room in a private residence. I was so nervous about travelling as a female alone but the host was amazing and so was the room. I wish I could have stayed longer.

As above it was a bit noisy however the window just needed to be closed. That said, all part of the experience of travelling to Marrakech!!

Excellent service, great location close to the square.

The location was excellent, very close to the main square and souks without being at all noisy. It was easy to pop back to frequently during our day's explorations and a short walk to many local attractions. It was relatively easy to find..for a riad! There were some good eateries very close. The host was obliging, easy to communicate with, and would organize things if we asked without being pushy. It was a perfect base and excellent value.

The room was small, the bed and pillows extremely hard. The facilities were basic. A kettle would have been useful but there was no space for any extras.

Location. Very close to the main square.

The room was definitely too small for three people. No room to move and it was very hot. Couldn’t spend time inside because it was very stuffy and no A/C.
