A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They take you big deposit and ask you to clean everything before you leave.

hated everything in this accommodation.

Very hectic reception, not helpful staff, broken ski locker, no towels, no soap, massive deposit taken, no ski-in ski-out, have you clean before you leave. Why do i have to Pay and being a cleaner in my holiday?

Terrible. I won't be using you again.

I booked for 2 adults and 1 child (16 years old). The apartment had one settee bed with the other bed, if you can call it that, pulling out from under it. The final bed was in the corridor leading out of the apartment. It needed to be set up each night and people tripped over it to go to the toilet at night. There was a high probability of people injuring themselves in the dark . Overall, a terribe setup.

Basic accommodation

Very basic accommodation. Also was charged €100 for a late check out and then an additional €200 per apartment for extra cleaning from our 2 deposits, so an extra €500 deducted altogether. We agreed the apartments weren’t left clean and there was rubbish to be emptied but it was far too much money for such small apartments and hard to justify the huge deduction. Would not recommend.

Good location, short home.

It was very near from principal attractions in the village. It was comfortable for going without using transport anywhere.

The house was too short. They were not provide towels or other kind of basic staff. They only have one bunk bed + double bed. We left beers and other kind of staff for the next customers, and the hostess were not too happy with that.

Not ski in ski out!

Staff were all friendly and tried to help where there could.

This hotel is advertised as having "ski to door access". This is not the case, unless you can ski ~50m uphill on a road. It seems some of the review pictures have been taken to be misleading in this aspect too. Completely misleading advertising. The apartment was completely bare. It would have been nice to have some basic bits and bobs like a bin bag in the bin, sponge and washing up liquid, toilet roll and bed sheets.

Horrible. We left midway through to stay at a hotel because we could not tolerate the residence.

Key return was easy. Location was good.

In short, almost everything. The bathroom facilities were vile. There were no sheets or towels or toilet paper or trash bags, so we had to walk to buy all of those things ourselves and look at the myriad stains on the (very thin) mattresses and blankets/quilts. There was a plastic bag full of feces on the balcony. No wifi, and they told us to pay for public city wifi that did not work once. The room smelled of roasted broccoli, and we never used the kitchen facilities. The bath had dirt all over it. The carpet was a nasty shag that caught every gross thing. Frankly, you could not have paid me to stay at this property, as it was unacceptable for human habitation, and I do not wish this experience on anyone.

Modern, well equipped, close to everything.

It was too cold, noise from nearby club. Not very convenient to have to clean up the entire place given that check out is before 10 am. We booked a property with a balcony so that we could spend the New Year’s Eve popping champagne on the balcony. We got one with no balcony and the agency said that they are fully booked and can’t offer another property with a balcony.

A cosy apartment within a great location

Cosy, nice decor and all equipment available for cooking. location was great for all requirements and easy to ski to. Easy to store skis/ boots each day.

really small things….Even if we paid for it, a small bundle of essentials on arrival would help E.g there was no toilet roll in the apartment and just half a roll on the holder would have been appreciated! Some of the cutlery wasn’t cleaned and the knives could be sharper! A sieve would also be a useful addition in the kitchen.

Pleasant

Location is great, close to chairlifts, slopes and good bars. Good value for money, can’t expect much more for the price.

Very small and cramped, not a lot of room to store clothing etc. Some of the facilities didn’t work that well such as the dishwasher, which would explain why all of the plates were dirty when we arrived.

Un toit et rien d’autre

La localisation

L’appartement a une odeur de moisie, les photos sur Booking ne correspondent absolument pas au logement, il n’y a pas de lit mais une banquette avec un couchage supplémentaire. L’appartement est très petit, la cuisine peut fonctionnelle. Il faut enjamber un muret pour atteindre une terrasse laissée a l’abandon avec des parpaings apparents et mal isolée.
