Location
The onsen area does not provide any towels need to bring towel from room and limited skin/ body care amenity. Given towels are wet after onsen after hiking there is no clean dry towel to use There is no security measures to the onsen area esp the outdoor onsen area. Very dangerous. The room ventilation is weak Aircon is not cool enough. Demand us to hv breakfast 7 am too unreasonable for holiday stay. Book via booking.com shuttle bus is not free !!! The dinner is very sumptuous. Service staff is limited but they tried very hard to deliver good service

The food was very good. Staff were very nice and shuttle service was a plus, it was so easy to get to the hotel.
Our room was clean but a part of the floor near the toilet needs repair it seems to be caving in
