Everything! Location was great , rooms were amazing! specially the family room with the 4 beds! my kids loved it! We had 2 rooms booked and they did great by having both rooms on the same floor. Free coffee every afternoon. Great staff very kind and helpful! Family room had washing machine which was great! Absolutely wonderful hotel! if we return to Kyoto definitely stay there again!
