Location, amenities, breakfast and staffs. Last time we stayed for 5 nights and asked them to keep our luggage while we traveled to Hokkaido. When we came back I misplaced my luggage receipt but staff brought our luggage without any problems. Next year we will stay there again.

There were no English breakfast tea and upon asking staff advised me that that’s not their policy. Dddd.
