About this apartment rental
SEA VIEW - 1. Row on the beach
Our apartment in Almuñécar is on the coast in southern Spain (Andalusia). Seafront on the Costa Tropical (Playa Velilla).
Large balcony facing south-east with a wonderful view over the beach.
The apartment is approx. 65 m² and is suitable for 2 people.
The apartment on the 7th Floor of the building. The house has an elevator and is therefore also ideal for people who are not (or no longer) so good on foot.
There are several restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. Likewise small supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, hairdressers.
We always combine a visit to the old town of Almuñécar with a walk along the promenade. There is also a bus into town (bus stop near the house)

If you book a rental car directly at the airport, it takes about 1 hour from the airport to your apartment. Otherwise there are also cheap bus connections or you can organize a shuttle service.
Our German-speaking contact person will give you the keys to the apartment on site.
Another thing: Almuñécar is perfect for wintering. Long-term tenants are also very welcome!

Communication with owner and manager was speedy and helpful. Despite a later than expected arrival, the manager met us and showed us around the property. The property has everything that you need and is in a prime location, with wonderful sea views. An excellent base for a beach holiday or visiting Granada or Sierra Nevada

We had a great stay at this apartment, although the furnishings were a bit dated, we had everything we needed. Could do with two lamps instead of one and another bedside table in the bedroom . Beds were very comfy . The large balcony and front row position of the sea was the best. Fanny the key holder was very helpful.
