About this house rental
Holiday home on the Costa Tropical, an hour's drive from Malaga airport.
Semi-detached house in urbanizacion Lambda, 500 meters from the beach of Velilla, where you can enjoy the beautiful swimming pool (chlorine-free) that can be used all year round.
Almunecar is the perfect place where you can enjoy your vacation, rest, beach and culture, but also outdoor sports such as walking, cycling (racing and mountain biking), diving, paragliding, etc.
The cities of Malaga and Granada are less than an hour away, for sights such as the Picasso Museum and the Alhambra.
The house has a private parking space, air conditioning, WiFi and smart TV, and from the terrace you have a beautiful view of the beach, sea and mountains.
You also have two (electric) folding bikes at your disposal to cycle along the 5 km long boulevard.
In addition to the beautiful beaches, there is a water amusement park (Aquatropic) for children only 1 km from the house.
The property is suitable for 2 adults with possibly 1 or 2 children.
Electricity is included up to 100 Kwh per week, additional consumption will be charged.

We loved the house. Amazing view from the balcony, only locals in the nearby houses.
Robert & Teresa were very very kind and helpfull. We'll be back for another holiday for sure.

La casa dispone de todo lo necesario,las vistas desde la casa espectaculares y los anfitriones majisimos ,Teresa y Robert te dan toda la informacion y mas que puedas necesitar de la zona(lugares que ver, restaurantes playas)

Robert and Teresa are very welcoming people and always offered to help (since the booking was done and throughout our stay). The place is well located and very well maintained. Swimming Pool area perfectly maintained with amazing views!

Estupenda!!! La casa genial, muy limpia y equipada con todo lo necesario, nosotros éramos 4 personas adultas y hemos estado muy comodos. Está muy cerca de la playa y del paseo marítimo lo único q la calle es una cuesta muy empinada. Los dueños son muy atentos y simpáticos, nos dieron toda la información de la zona (bares, tiendas, heladerías...) y siempre estaban pendientes por si necesitábamos algo más. Cuándo vuelva por la zona ya se donde alojarme.
