Stay away!!! Booked this place for 2 nights after staying at another 4 star property before going to Medellin. This place is a dump. I wouldnt even give them 2 star rating. This was supposed to be a 4 star property. Arrived at 10pm, the whole lobby is dark, no AC, its hot. The front desk person has a fan in the back. Bad impression. Got my room and went the elevator opened, everything was dark. Once you come out it has a sensor around the elevator that stays on for about 5 seconds, after that turn on your flashlights. Cracks and humidity on the walls. Rooms that meed repair are left open that you think someone is going to come oit of those rooms and them dont forget the lights in the hallways turn off after 5 seconds.
My first room was creppy. All doors and furniture black, old furniture with scraps, doors missing handles. The AC did not work. Got another room, same story bit at least the AC cold down about 3 hours later. Stayed until 130am trying to get a cancellation for this place which made it hard since I only had WIFI and couldnt call Agoda. Wake up at 6am since I believe the toilet upstairs was clogged and they were working on it and it sounds like the water pipe was going to burst. You could hear the water back and forth inside the pipe. The doors barely close and you could hear everything oitside.
Had an early tour booked. Went for breakfast and they serve you the food. They serve you like breakfast is running out. Barely 1 scoop of eggs and 3 small squares of ham. Found a little roach in the bread. Please do your self a favor and book something else. I left and book my last night at the OZ hotel which was the same price and they are truly a 4 star property.

Prior to booking I asked through agoda if it was guest friendly. They replied yes it was, I was charged a guest fee even when also verifying at the time of booking. I even showed proof of their reply though the agoda website. Failing to honor an agreement is deceptive to its core. They need to state clearly what their accommodations are. Extremely disappointed, also my room still used traditional keys which is a severe security risk because they lack tracking and can be easily duplicated. Book at your own risk
