Siamton Inn- A Cygnett Collection

The hotel is clean, rooms are clean, with desk to do work at the room, just like the photos, good wifi if u booked it, good housekeeping, good facilities, nice buffet, open buffet on weekends & seated menu in weekdays, the staff and restaurant staff especially were very nice and they did special no spicy food for me as I got stomachache from spicy food (the less spicy food in India is the spicy food in Egypt), UBER comes quickly to the hotel as the location is central. The stay was good value for money, close to the Quest mall and South City mall. Laundry service is good but u’ve to deliver it to them not just leave in the room in the laundry bag they won’t take it.

There is no window to open in the room, so I couldn’t get fresh air, what I didn’t like is not about the property, I didn’t like the noise from car horns that you hear all over the day, the near by streets were not clean, park street area is a crowded noisy street . Humidity is very high in Kolkata better bring lots of undershirts to change.

Property strategically located . Access to metro,rail head is convenient. Food served in the hotel & places nearby is of good quality.

Its centrally located

Rooms are too small and at the same time the desk is not really a desk. The chair was uncomfortable too.

Location is good.Breakfast is too good.

There are only few choices for vegetarian, And the cook was reluctant to prepare foods at 9.30 pm.
