1. staff: Cheti and Danielle were amazing. supportive, helpful, integrated activities (wine tasting, horse riding, other recommendations) for us so thank you both! 2. location: centro of centro Tuscany. FIRENZE, SIENNA, PIZA, etc are all in 1h drive. 3. Facilities: We stayed in Puccini Home\Unit. it has large, wide rooms with comfortable beds, new/restored bathrooms, kitchen is well equipped for cooking, big yard. 4. facility has a big pool, we didnt use it due to weather and temp but it looks great and new.
