Villa Le Ripe Apartments is a completely renovated farmhouse in the Valdelsa region,in the province of Florence, specifically in Gambassi Terme. It has four apartments of different sizes: La Nonna, Le Volte, San Gimignano e La Tinaia, each with a private garden area and around the pool. Guests can enjoy the property's beautiful swimming pool, which is an oasis of tranquility and relaxation. The villa's strategic location makes it easy to explore the surroundings and visit the area's many cultural and natural attractions, as well as the Gambassi spa termedigambassi.com/.
The historic center of Gambassi Terme is characterized by a charming medieval village, where you can admire historic buildings and narrow alleys winding among them. From here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Villa Le Ripe offers the perfect setting for a relaxing stay, surrounded by the green hills overlooking Valdelsa and in close proximity to famous cities such as Certaldo, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Volterra.
On-site manager Angela, who does not live on the property, will always be at your disposal during your stay.
The property is not accessible by public transportation.
At 200 meters Sports field (tennis, five-a-side football, etc.) and dog park
Gambassi Spa
We have an agreement with the Gambassi Spa, guests of Villa le Ripe are entitled to a discount for entrance to the spa. To receive the discount just ask the contact person on site or call the spa pointing out that you are a guest of Villa le ripe.
E-Bike Rental
In agreement with the owner of the spa we give the possibility to rent electric bikes to take bike tours in the neighboring countryside and various villages. For guests of Villa le ripe there is a discount compared to outsiders.
Possibility of organizing a guided tour. For information just write or call the spa directly and mention that you are a guest of Villa le ripe.

San Gimignano is located on the second floor, accessed via a staircase shared with La Nonna apartment. It is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 4 people. The location of the apartment offers a beautiful view of San Gimignano, making it ideal for both a romantic getaway and a family vacation, immersed in the Tuscan landscape and the tranquility of the countryside.
Inside the apartment, on the first level, there is a double bedroom and a private bathroom. On the upper level, there is a twin bedroom and another private bathroom. The living area has a double-height ceiling, which allows natural light to illuminate the entire apartment.
The apartment also has a private garden corner with a gazebo and table, where guests can relax and enjoy the outdoor atmosphere.
The following might be to be paid extra: Air conditioning, Bed Linen and Towels (additional set), Bike, Final Cleaning, Tourist tax.
