About this house rental
This lovely holiday villa in Tuscany is at only 18 km from medieval towered San Gimignano and 28 km from picturesque Volterra.
Once an ancient farmhouse, today the building has been divided into two semi-detached houses, with the owners living in one in respect of guests’ privacy but always available for any possible requirements as well as offering their own wine and olive oil tastings.
The holiday house is 120 sq mt and on two floors.
On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed for one person, sat-TV and dining-area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet with washing machine.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom, another bedroom with three single beds (also possible a double bed plus a single) and a bathroom fitted out with shower. The bedrooms have air conditioning.
Also available Wi-Fi connection.
Outside there is a pretty garden fully equipped with outdoor furniture, an ice covered porch, and a barbecue as well as a swimming pool (10x6 mt) open from May to October.
Bedlinen, Towels, gas, electricity, water, final cleaning, and internet wi fi are included
