I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything I needed including fridge-freezer and microwave. The shower was great. Air conditioning worked really well. There was even a safe in the room.
Breakfast was fine, papaya and pineapple was fresh and delicious. The breakfast and pool areas were great.
The best things were 1. the gym - large, airy and kept at the perfect temperature with a good choice of equipment; 2. The staff, in particular Anna on reception. She was so nice, understanding, smiling and helpful all the time. She is an asset to the team, making you feel welcome with her friendly nature. And nothing was too much trouble for her, she even helped me to get a reservation in a restaurant that was difficult. Thank you, Anna for making my stay great. The lovely gentleman that showed me to my room was also very kind.
The area has great restaurants, take away, shops with a mini mart next door and a supermarket 5 mins walk away. There's lots of souvenir shops, too, and it's not far from the subway, great location.
There were a lot of people staying here longer term and I can see why.

If you get a regular room that’s located above the eatery, you will not get any sleep. On the weekends this hotel, rents out their facilities for parties. This is very disturbing. You will not get any sleep because the parties run till 1:30 in the morning and the cleanup is until 3 PM. You won’t hear anything but tables and chairs being moved all over the floor loudlyuntil then.If you have an early flight, you will definitely miss your flight due to fatigue.. if you’re a person who sleeps in, these room and tower three will definitely have you up because of the loud talking in the eatery every morning as well.They have no regard for their clients who have rented their units within this area. Being a X pack, you would want to find something else within the area that’s more quieter or ask for a higher room.. we were on the second floor and tower three.
