I rarely write a bad review but I would not suggest this hotel. Right from check in it was poor as the 6 people all hanging around reception - doing very little except talking to each other could not find my booking and I had to wait more than 20 minutes for them to do so. The rooms are big and pretty quiet - even though there were so many people there for a conference. Breakfast was chaotic - hardly a seat to find - toaster wasn't working and the choices were limited - scrambled eggs only and the coffee wasn't great. Eventually I ate my own cereal in my room and didn't bother with the breakfast. Thee pool - small but nice and good atmosphere. The gym was the worst I am afraid - hot and the workman upgrading the sauna/ changing rooms constantly shouting to each other or on their phones - very little work being done. There were no small towels on the last day I stayed - surely one of the many reception staff could check this each morning. Finally I lost a small bag somewhere in the hotel - I reported it and asked about it on checkout with very little response. I have never stayed at a hotel where staff care so little about the guests. There are many other hotels - suggest to avoid this one until they improve their customer relations.

But rooms are rundown- one of bedside cabinets came off wall just with bedside things put on it; came back from breakfast to find our room door wide open due to lock not working; all fixed straight away. Breakfast quite nice; bed comfy; nice pool;
