    It was a good deal for the price nice location, but without parking lot, the staff was OK, the hotel was nicely decorating, the cleaning was OK. In general 4 out if of 5 stars.

    Great location and easily walkable to many shops. The lighting on the guest floors is dim and I would recommend brighter lights for safety. 90% of the staff were lovely with the exception of one of the main floor restaurant servers who was rude. She placed me at a dirty table that clearly had not been cleaned after the last guest. When I pointed it out to her, she got an attitude and angrily cleared the table and then asked “is this ok for you” in a condescending tone. She then left me sitting there for a long time without comeback to take my order even though the place was almost empty. I decided to leave and never attempted to eat there again.

    I visited for a short trip. The front desk agent was super helpful and friendly, if I remember correctly his name is Luis! Breakfast was included, I did not even remember, I was reminded by the staff to stop by and get some coffee and have something to eat being that my flight was delayed 3 hours and I arrived 12:35 am. It is conveniently located near mini marts and small restaurants. Despite being in the city I heard absolutely no noise when I was ready to go to bed and I am a light sleeper. The room was clean, there was even a mini fridge with water and snacks not complimentary but again that was something I was not expecting or looking for. Forewarning, if you happen to have a MAESTRO card, walk with a back up, the hotel does not accept this card or just have cash at hand! All in all I enjoyed my stay, will visit again if it is another short stay but if I have a week or more I'll probably get an airbnb or villa!
