About this house rental
This cozy house is located in a lovely and quiet beach community. Don’t search for parking, walk to the beach! The house has three bedrooms, one of them has a king size bed. Each of the others is set up with two twin beds. There are two full bathroom both with a stall shower. Outside you will find an outdoor enclosed shower with both hot and cold water. The washer and dryer are located in the basement along with a ping pong table. Internet, cable, electric, garbage removal and water are included. Only a short two block walk to beautiful Amagansett Beach. After a day at the beach pour a cold drink, start the BBQ, relax on the deck, and watch the sunset or take a short drive to the Clam Bar or LUNCH, both great places that have been around forever. In the mood for pizza? Try a slice from BEST Pizza and Dive Bar, want a great steak it’s just a short drive to The Palm🌴 in East Hampton . Enjoy your morning coffee at home or grab some coffee and a bagel from Goldbergs, it’s right down the road. You will be located minutes from East Hampton and Montauk with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Relax and enjoy some down time and fun in the sun!

I love this house!! It’s beautifully appointed, and literally has everything you would need in a beach house. The dishes and glassware seem to be brand new! The bedding is very soft and comfortable. And the mattresses are perfect. The welcome basket was very well stocked with wine and all the goodies you can imagine!
I can’t wait for next stay!!!

Lisa’s house was exactly as promised and a wonderful escape in Napeague. She was flexible and understanding while I was working out the details of my trip, while helpful in answering any little questions I had. The house was comfortable and the location can’t be beat. Lovely deck and grill for evening meals, the beach is amazing and we all slept perfectly in the comfy beds and air con. To top it all off, we were welcomed by a thoughtful welcome basket that reflected the care Lisa puts into her home.

Second year staying at this home and what can I say simply marvelous ! Brand new bathroom looks great. Great communication from the owners to ensure we had what we needed.
