Exactly as advertised - kitchen is very well set up and equipped - we made a full Christmas diner for 13 people. Very spacious, well kept.

Great home in a fantastic location for exploring the Montauk area! Host was very responsive. We have rented multiple times and hope to return. Fully stocked home with many amenities and a short walk to beach.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home. Since we're still in a pandemic we did "stay in" for many meals. We've rented from several homes in the past and found sparse kitchen supplies. Not the case here. The kitchen was equipped with everything from measuring cups, baking sheets to a wide selection of pots and pans. Plenty of utensils, flat ware, place settings, glasses and can't forget to mention several martini shakers lol
The house is updated and well designed. We enjoyed the open floor plan, the dining table is a work of art. There is an oversized outdoor table with adequate seating on the deck just off the kitchen.
Location is awesome! We appreciated the short walk to the fabulous beach - a little bit of exercise., very little.. We had a beach wagon that was helpful for carting all our "stuff."
Last but not least the owner Gerry was "the best" to work with. He was readily available and very patient with our questions. There were no kinks during our stay. Thank you Gerry for sharing your wonderful home!
