SAii Koh Samui Villas - Adult only 12 plus

Gorgeous location , great and quite place to be at.

I’m in love with Saii really. I’ve been in phi phi too. But I have some issues with having all the breakfast being ordered and not to have some portion of it in buffet

Firstly the staff have been absolutely fantastic and helpful! We communicated through an app that allows us to let them know if there are anything we need (housekeeping, maintenance, booking transfers, etc.) Room itself was wonderful and have the usual amenities, the views and access to the beach was great! It was so nice waking up to it. Dinners have great choices for food and drinks! And they have entertainment during certain days of the week. A whole building dedicated to spa, with relaxing atmosphere.

The shower is a bit slow to drain but it is spacious. Breakfast a good size ala carte but can be a bit repetitive if you stay longer. Gym is a bit sparse and their yoga classes are only twice a week.

Absolutely everything! Could not fault it. Beautiful quiet location but not too far from hives of activity and great restaurants. Beautiful beach in front. The staff, food, villa - everything was just wonderful.

The property is located 5-10 minutes by car from Choeng Mon Beach, close to the center. The large villa with a pool where we stayed was very beautiful, offering complete privacy, which we really liked.

Breakfast offered extremely limited choices, and what was available was tasteless. The coffee was the worst I've ever had in my life. Unfortunately, the staff member serving was very surly, and the employees, especially the waiters, spoke zero English. This is unacceptable in a hotel that caters to international guests. The beach has constant huge waves and seaweed, and there is wind every day. Even on the calmest days, there is wind and huge waves here. People considering staying here should take into account that they will never be able to go in the sea. The prices are extremely expensive, at 1.5 to 2 times the level of the very chic and high-quality beach clubs in Samui. We considered this a vacation where we couldn't take advantage of the hotel facilities in our own villa, like an Airbnb house. One last note: there are so many elderly Europeans. It feels like staying in a retirement home. Those thinking of a honeymoon or romantic vacation should never come here.
