Первый раз на авто приехали в этот отель . Ранее были дважды самолётом . В целом впечатление хорошее . Отдельное спасибо за комплимент от отеля. Бар на крыше очень понравился. Живая музыка по вечерам . Там же по алкоголю было более разнообразно. иногда ходили в мунлайт корпус. Там также делали коктейли лучше ,чем в баре у бассейна и пиво в бутылках. Номер убирали хорошо . Ежедневно . Анимация тоже на уровне. Хотелось бы конечно русские песни услышать тк в отеле русских прилично . Но за неделю не слышала ) По еде тоже все хорошо . Я как любитель сыра кайфовала ): огромный выбор . Один раз были крабы и креветки . Но креветки мы видели уже на остатке . Увы не попробовали. Места в столовой в целом всем хватало . Много залов. Мини бар по три банки пепси , кола ,фанта ,и две пива. Номера конечно подуставшие. Первый день или два шумела вода в туалете после смыва, потом как-то само починилось . Один раз потек кондиционер вызвали мастера . Починили в этот же вечер. Вид боковой на море ,в целом тоже все устроило . Балкон просторный. У нас был номер 1309.

1. Мужу не понравилось, что выходя из сауны постоянно перегорожен проход к бассейну. Логично ,что из бани бы сразу в бассейн ,а не в обход. 2. Крайне плохая ситуация с лежаками у главного бассейна. в 9 утра уже просто нереально найти три места на семью. Причём люди кидают полотенце и весь день никого нет . Обидно . На море ситуация лучше. в целом всегда можно найти место под зонтиком в любое время 3. Парковка так себе . На территории парковаться не разрешили . Только дальше за шлагбаумом. А там тоже куча машин,места мало свободного 4 Очереди за едой . Если что-то эдакое дают а-ля шашлык всегда были очереди. Причём люди набирают как на роту солдат и может просто не хватить другим. Приходится снова ждать . Лучше бы накладывали порционно.

Sea, beach and pool very nice. Food and beverage nice in hotel. Also very nice aquapark in hotel area. And Thank you Kristina from Guest Relations. She is very helpful.

Everything was good

We really enjoyed the wide variety of food and the spotless cleanliness throughout the entire property, including the dining areas. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming; the front desk responded quickly to all our requests and calls. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, and the kids' club/activities were excellent, thanks to the warm and friendly animation team. It was also a nice touch to find water and soda in the mini-bar upon arrival, and receiving a complimentary welcome fruit basket on our second day was a lovely surprise.

On the downside, there was no iron in the room - it is only available as a paid service for €2 per hour. The bathroom amenities were also a bit lacking: there was only basic liquid soap by the sink and a 2-in-1 shampoo/shower gel in the shower. We missed having standard items like body lotion, bar soap, face tissues, or a notepad and pen. While these are minor details, they are usually expected at properties of this level. However, our biggest disappointment was the lack of free Wi-Fi. Having to pay extra for internet felt outdated and slightly lowered the overall impression of the hotel's value.

The pool is great, with great new slides. The kids park is a good idea and the U shaped slide fun to do Personnel was charming and try to make their best to accomodate us even when sometime communication was not easy, we used translators, so kuddos to them. The animator are doing their best to entertains during the events The beach is hot and nice Booze was OK-tier Food is OK-tier as well.

The constant loud music until midnight every whereever you go. And i mean everywhere. The only place to have no music was on the beach because is was cancelled by the sound of the sea The adults slides could be used by underaged children. No safety regards on that until one guy decided to be more strict on the rules The smell of sewer in the bathroom. Oh and you better book your sunbed by throwing a towel on it before 8AM otherwise you'll be sunbedless
