    I had an amazing stay at Arycanda. We visited early May and it is not busy. Facilities are all clean and well maintained. Staff are all courteous and attentive.

    We had food poisoning the very first day and was hospitalized. We got a sorry and let us know if we can do anything and that was it. The food and drinks quality and taste is extremely low considering the price level of the hotel. I stayed in a cheaper hotel in August (now is September) for a cheaper price and the food and drinks quality was literally 2 times better. Buffet food and deserts feel like they are bought from BIM supermarket. Beach is extremely crowded with limited sunbed space. There is no private pier of the hotel so all the sunbeds had to be placed on the beach and entrance to the sea is small rocks, not just sand. Most of the staff is visibly overworked and unhappy. They are having hard time to keep the dining area clean during meal times. We wanted to try a hotel that we havent been to before but considering the price we paid, we expected much better so it was a disappointment for us. In our experience, for September period, this hotel shouldnt cost more than 200 euros a night. Definitely not worth 300 euros a night.

    Best service ever. Best resort in that area. Close to Alanya but feels like a far-away place. Rooms and public areas were very clean. Beach area and pools exceeded expectations. Outside entertainment music in the evening goes to appr. 11:30pm, and in some areas and rooms it is a bit loud. Drinks, including alcoholic ones, and deserts in the many bars all over are the best. Breakfast buffet could be better sometimes, but lunch and dinners were ok. Ala carte restaurants are wonderful, ambiance is great and the food is the best, but you only get one choice a week. The Mexican restaurant missed the target, both when it comes to food and ambience. Don't miss the cafe downstairs - it's amazing, and visit the lobby area too, for great drinks and deserts. Overall, we enjoyed the resort greatly.
