The location is exceptional and the property was very comfortable with amazing views. The flat is also very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of seating in which to relax. We loved it and had a fabulous holiday. Would recommend.
The entrance is very tight with shallow stairs and does not smell nice. The plumbing is very noisy and the showers were randomly hot, then cold, then hot etc which was annoying. A few things could be spruced up to make this property outstanding.

The apartment was nice, the furniture was of good quality and the linens, the flat and the towels were very clean. It's very well appointed right in the middle of Brodick, lovely views. The owner was lovely. We had an issue with the downstairs door and it was all fixed within 24 hrs.
The flat was lovely but the only thing that really put us off was the entrance stair way. It's badly in need of renovation. The damp is quite bad. It's a shame really as if they renovated that and a freshen up on the decor in the flat it would be a brilliant place.
