The property was clean and well laid out.
The bathroom needs a major overhaul. They are looking tired. No need for a bath tub and installing it with a large walk-in shower with an overhead shower.

The hotel is very nice, the pools are excellent, and most of the staff are friendly and polite.
There is a lot of walking involved. I booked a room with a sea view, but I was given a room overlooking the water slide and the kids’ club, with barely any view of the sea. The cleanliness could definitely be improved.
The food was, to put it mildly, not very good. The selection was very limited, and on many occasions there was hardly anything for the children to eat. There were also long queues, which I haven’t encountered at other hotels, both to enter the dining room and for certain dishes at the buffet.
Overall, the general cleanliness also needs improvement.

The location in Mitsis laguna was excellent, close to the beach and within easy reach of local restaurants and shops. The pool area was beautifully maintained and a great place to relax. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety to suit everyone in our group.
Nothing major stood out — main pool got busy by mid-morning no chairs available but nothing that affected our overall enjoyment.

The building external and internal reception areas are stunning.
We have visited 6 times now, we booked 12 months in advance, booking.com put us directly in touch with the hotel to discuss our room preference, we had numerous conversations with them, then on arrival they allocated us a room overlooking the car park miles away from the area we had agreed, their excuse was… you should have booked directly instead of going through booking.com, we eventually received a better room in the we had specified but by now we were both so upset by their attitude that it spoiled our holiday. Having been to this hotel many times we were very disappointed at the main dining room food and also the guest bathrooms are ready for renovations.
