Such a beautiful resort with everything you could need, the all inclusive breakfast lunch and dinner buffet had a wide range of food and drink to choose from which was amazing, not to mention a Asian restaurant and a Argentine restaurant to.
The resort staff where amazing and very helpful.

Wha can I say?! This place is phenomenal - they have literally thought of everything’s from entrance - rooms - amenities- food - you name it! This isn’t far the best Greek hotel complex we have ever stayed in as a family of 4. Yes it’s a 12+ hotel for families, couples and any age to be honest.
This is the place to spend your holiday in northern Crete. It’s just perfect and we will be back again in October for some sun!!

All the water at the pools and especially at the water park was very cold

Genuine 5 star. On the beach. Lovely pools and bars. Food was good. Only gripe, lack of sun loungers and towels put down early with no one using them
