Senses Blue Boutique hotel

The room was clean and spacious, but I have to say that the toilet area was extremely cramped. In fact, it was so small that you had to leave the door slightly open just to wipe yourself! To make matters worse, the wall between the bedroom and bathroom was made entirely of glass, which looks amazing until you do your business there :-) Imagine being able to hear and see everything—especially with the bathroom door propped open. Definitely not the kind of experience you want to share with someone. Other than that, everything else was fine.

The staff was very friendly and the cleaning was well done.

Not much to do in the immediate surroundings, Poorly soundproofed, and the rooms are a bit outdated. The buffets were not interesting nor varied at all—in fact, that was the biggest disappointment!"

Location

2 out of 3 rooms did not have working AC 1 room smelled of cigarettes When these were mentioned we were gaslit by management basically accusing us of not knowing how to run the AC units and told that when their staffed checked the room that smelled like smoke it was “perfectly clean”. Not something I would expect from a reputable hotel.
