Lovely flowers outside. Staff welcoming.
Location was further than stated Breakfast was minimal, staff very casually dressed Room - ok except the bath / shower facilities . Couldn't keep water in the bath, shower very substandard. Heavy traffic thundering passed early in the morning. Carpets old on stairs, lounge furniture crammed in the lounge area.
