Location good, plenty of car parking on the property.
All staff very friendly and helpful. Premier room great size and bed was very comfortable with quality bed linen. All facilites in the room functioned properly.
Breakfast was disappointing as they only provided Indonesian local food. Western breakfast items not represented at all.
1 hour before breakfast closing time, no refilling of the food: they just let it run out.

The staff were very helpful, from the front desk to the room service team. The room was very clean and looked luxurious. This hotel is highly recommended.

1. Bathrooms were rundown with no ventilations. The handheld shower head wasn’t working properly and the toilet flush in another room wasn’t working properly.
2. Carpet was too dirty to recognise its original patterns.
3. The air conditioner was too cold! When it was turned off the room had a foul smell.
4. Our rooms were dark with limited views.
5. The service was very slow, sometimes we had to wait over an hour for a service to be delivered.
6. Laundry service messed up our “express order” on the last night, so we had to wait until midday the next day to check out.
