Very nice hotel and super helpful staff. The morning receptionist Tasya helped me to book a car, motorbike and taxi always with a smile! All the team there is super friendly and really client oriented. Rooms are very nice and the hotel facility is great. Good breakfast at affordable price. Only negative point is the noise from street traffic. Recommend to get a room in the back of the hotel if you want to relax and sleep well. This noise is especially due to some motorbikes that you can hear strongly from within the rooms. They should install noise insulated doors to improve comfort. Apart from that the venue is great.

Breakfast was decent would have preferred plantbased options with milk and more fruit variety and plain yoghurts.

We stayed at Janevalla Bandung for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special – our room was beautifully decorated for the occasion, with writing on the mirror and a lovely surprise that made us feel truly welcomed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Adit at the reception, who greeted us so warmly and even informed us via WhatsApp when our room was ready. The breakfast offered a huge variety of choices, and everything we tried was delicious. We also loved the rooftop bar – it wasn’t very crowded during our visit, but the service and food there were excellent. And of course, the pool with its view over the city was another highlight. Overall, it was the perfect start to our honeymoon, and we can highly recommend Janevalla Bandung to anyone visiting the city!

It‘s a four star hotel with budget quality. Breakfast was bare minimum. The food is mostly cold. The room was not really clean. The bathroom window covered with waterspots, floor with molds. You can even see that one side of the building covered in moss from outside. There was no face towel, no body lotion, no conditioner as the 4-star usually have. When you open the room window you can see the street view layered with waterspots and molds too. We have been to many places with industrial concept. But this hotel really showed the sloopiness and poor maintenance concept beside the offered industrial modern concept. One of the bedside lamp was flickering. You can easily see that the floor was stained in many spots.
