L'accueil et les échanges avec le propriétaire. La localisation. La propriété.
Le service au minimum syndical. Le supplément pour accéder au SPA et le besoin de tout réserver sinon il n'y a rien de disponible facilement, la température de la piscine trop froide, la location des peignoirs de bain. Chambre réservée à plus de 200€, mauvais rapport qualité prix.
