My overall experience was not as good as I expected. The room was not very comfortable and could have been maintained better. The breakfast options were limited and did not feel fresh, which was disappointing. Dinner service was also below expectations in terms of both taste and timeliness. Overall, I feel the quality and service need improvement, as the stay did not meet the standards I was hoping for
I didn’t like the staff’s approach. I arrived early and requested an early check-in just to freshen up, as I had work until late night before returning to the hotel. However, they did not consider my request, even though I am a regular visitor, sometimes with my family. Instead, they demanded half of the room tariff, which made me uncomfortable. In addition, the breakfast and dinner were below expectations in both quality and service
