    Firstly, the picture on the Agoda site of the Hotel is not the real picture. Travelers will get duped by the picture for the structure and facade. The hotel is 2.8 KM from the Yesshwantpur Railway Station and on a narrow bylane. The hotel has only 3 car parking slots inside the premises, rest have to be parked on the bylane with the risk of other vechiles grazing your vehicle as the street is very narrow. Room was ok, but our bed spread, pullover and pillow seemed to be not fresh. They quickly agrreed to change the same. They had also provided only 1 bath towel for 2 of us. Toilet was not very clean. The bucket and mug were greasy from inside andunclean from outside. The commode could have been cleaned better. Toilet door had the spilled soap lather and was untidy. TV was not functioning, though they promised to fix the same nextday, it did not happen till we checked out of the hotel. The service staff need to be trained on etiquettes and there is a big gap. Over all the experience was just ok, though our booking was based on the review by other travellers.

    Comfortable stay. Value for money. Didn't find any faults. Was able to check in at mid night. Staff was very courteous. Highly recommended. Was able to park car inside.
