Bob W Stockholm Södermalm

Great location next to the park in Sodermalm, very close to the metro. Everything in the room was very clean and we liked the technology and characterful touches, eg pinboard and digital kettle.

The bed was a little soft. The room was small but was advertised as such. Not a complaint, just compact means compact!

The room and hotel as whole was clean and tidy. The room provided me with everything I needed to cover my needs.

The apartment is right in the center of the city, close to metro lines, etc. Check-in instructions were clear, their flexible self check-in and check-out has worked perfectly. They also have lockers if you need them, even after check-out. The apartment is small but very convenient, it has all supplies and equipment needed. Their support chat (presumably AI bot) is also very helpful, could actually answer all our questions, and had a fun character too.

Only minor inconvenience was the relatively noisy ventilation system. They cannot do much about it, it belongs to the building, not to the apartment. Not extremely loud, but a minor disturbance you cannot get rid of.

The location, clean room but the housekeeper doesn’t clean the room on regular basis.

Very small room for the price, inflexible check-in policy with extra charges despite the room being ready.
