The apartment is right in the center of the city, close to metro lines, etc. Check-in instructions were clear, their flexible self check-in and check-out has worked perfectly. They also have lockers if you need them, even after check-out. The apartment is small but very convenient, it has all supplies and equipment needed. Their support chat (presumably AI bot) is also very helpful, could actually answer all our questions, and had a fun character too.

Only minor inconvenience was the relatively noisy ventilation system. They cannot do much about it, it belongs to the building, not to the apartment. Not extremely loud, but a minor disturbance you cannot get rid of.

The location was good; the check in and check out were easy - the keyless system worked well; the room was a decent size and had good kitchen facilities; the beds were comfortable.

They take the concept of remote engagement too far- we received a payment slip shortly after our stay for a tote bag we had never seen in our room and didn’t take; cue a series of exchanges with a bot (only revealed to be a bot after questioning it) and then a human response which effectively sought glibly to dismiss any feedback on the basis that others appreciated what we didn’t like (eg the various gimmicks like cameras left in the room ) - they may be trying to create a ’vibe’ but their engagement was sub par for this price, and not every traveller is the same. We paid around £500 a night - the service did not match that. They need to be clearer in their messaging eg: re if you are dealing with a bot or not; whether breakfast is offsite (it was - one venue was very poor - it was not just a question of taste as they seemed to imply - the cafe admitted they were short staffed - the wait was long); and they should be more upfront about the lack of daily cleaning/availability of staff - sustainability seemed a poor excuse for costs savings on cleaning - when they then said we could pay more than the £500 we paid per night for a daily clean. It was not reassuring when at the same time there was a message on the lift (when getting in it with a six year old) saying they were essentially still working it out - and then your potential recourse is to a bot.

The location, clean room but the housekeeper doesn’t clean the room on regular basis.

Very small room for the price, inflexible check-in policy with extra charges despite the room being ready.
