About this apartment rental
## Space
The apartment is composed as follows:
- 1 bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a storage cupboard
- 1 bedroom with two single beds ideal for two children or two people not in a couple
- 1 kitchen open to the living room serving both bedrooms
- 1 a shower room with a toilet
- 1 TV, WiFi and air conditioning
- 1 balcony for a sunny coffee in the morning

You have access to the entire housing

I work in Antibes and am available by phone (SMS, Whatsapp, calls). I totally can swing by in case of problem in order to insure the quality of your stay.

The check-in is between 15 hours and 20 hours. If the check-in is later than 20 hours, please contact me to arrange an appointment for a self check in.
I also offer private concierge services such as luggage services, household services or organization of tourist activities. Feel free to contact me for more information.
## Neighborhood
Ideally placed in a pedestrian street for successful holidays (parking nearby).
The beautiful and typical district of the old Antibes. A neighborhood full of charm, with its narrow streets, ramparts, harbor, beaches, shops, restaurants.
Numerous markets all week including the famous Provencal market. A holiday atmosphere assured! You will be charmed by this very popular area for the holidays!
You are only 10 minutes walk from the beach "La Gravette".
## Transit
Antibes SNCF train and bus station is about 10 minutes walk from the accommodation.
By car, the journey from Nice Airport is approximately 20/30 minutes depending on the traffic.
If you do not have a car you can either take a taxi from the airport or a bus (No. 250) that will drop you off at the "Place de General de Gaulle" in Antibes (5 minutes walk from the accommodation).
## Notes
We offer luxury amenities, sheets and shower towels are included in the rental price. Bathroom kits are also included per person (shampoo, shower gel, soap).
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. The dishes must however be cleaned and the bins thrown away.
The apartment is on the 1st floor of the building without elevator.
There is no washing machine in the apartment but you have a launderette just 1 minute walk away.
