Sehr sehr freundliches Personal man fühlt sich gleich sehr willkommen. Wirklich sehr gastfreundlich. Spa Bereich sehr schön und die Zimmer auch sehr sauber und groß.

Sehr zu empfehlen! (Glutenfrei, günstiger direkt gebucht)

Neben den Willkommensgetränk bekamen wir auch Kaffee und Kuchen, wobei von Anfang an auf unsere besonderen Wünsche (ich = glutenfrei, Partnerin = vegan) eingegangen wurde. Pool und Ruhebereich waren entschleunigend. Das Alpenpanorama vom Pool aus auf Hotel und Dachsteln war umwerfend.

“Ho soggiornato in questo albergo a 4 stelle e devo purtroppo segnalare alcuni disservizi. La linea telefonica non era disponibile a causa della località, e il Wi-Fi, che dovrebbe compensare questa mancanza, funzionava molto male ed era accessibile soltanto nella reception. In una struttura di questa categoria ci si aspetta una connessione stabile e disponibile in tutte le camere.

Couch zum Schlafen war eine Herausforderung. Unsere Zimmerlage ( gleich neben der Terrasse) nicht optimal. Im Wellnessbereich fehlt ein Whirlpool

Das Hotel Annelies ist eine absolute Empfehlung! Das Personal ist wahnsinnig freundlich und immer für eine Empfehlung oder einen Plausch offen. Der Wellnessbereich sowie der Poolbereich sind sehr schön und laden zum Entspannen ein! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Die Umgebung bietet wahnsinnig viele Unternehmungen - einfach toll!

Ein, trotz Regenwetter, wunderbarer und erholsamer Kurzurlaub der keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat.

Vom traditionellen bis hin zum glutenfreien und veganen Frühstück war alles reichlich vorhanden. Tolles Fitnessangebot. Außergewöhnliche Ruheräume, Saunen und Rückzugsorte. Einfach himmlisch. Und nicht zu vergessen die Küche des Hauses. Einfach wunderbar sowie das Personal. Kompetent, hilfsbereit und fachlich auf einem Topniveau.

Miejsce piękne, ale organizacja strefy Wellness i odległość od miasta sprawiły, że pobyt był średni.

Hotel bardzo ładny, zadbany i czysty, położony w malowniczej okolicy. Obsługa miła, a sam obiekt robi świetne wrażenie pod względem estetyki i utrzymania czystości. Idealne miejsce, jeśli ktoś szuka spokojnej przestrzeni do wypoczynku.

Niestety, mimo pięknego wyglądu hotelu, lokalizacja była dla nas dużym problemem. Obiekt znajduje się daleko od centrum miasta, przez co każdorazowe zamówienie taksówki wiązało się z długim oczekiwaniem – zazwyczaj od 15 do nawet 30 minut. Było to dość uciążliwe, zwłaszcza gdy chcieliśmy szybko gdzieś się dostać lub wrócić do hotelu po całym dniu na stoku. Drugim dużym minusem był dostęp do strefy wellness i basenów. Nie sprawdziłem tego wcześniej i być może to moja wina, ale pierwszy raz spotykam się z tak ograniczonymi godzinami otwarcia takich udogodnień w hotelu. Strefa wellness, w tym sauny, była czynna tylko w bardzo wybranych porach, co zupełnie nie pasowało do naszego planu dnia. Basen działał jedynie przez 2 godziny rano, potem był zamknięty, a następnie otwierano go dopiero późnym popołudniem. Co gorsza, w godzinach wieczornych cała strefa była całkowicie niedostępna, więc po kolacji nie można było skorzystać ani z basenu, ani z sauny. To było bardzo rozczarowujące, ponieważ uważam, że dla wielu osób to naturalne, aby po całym dniu na stoku czy po kolacji móc się zrelaksować w saunie lub basenie. Dodatkowym utrudnieniem było to, że spędzaliśmy dnie na wyciągach narciarskich, co oznaczało, że w godzinach dostępności wellness nie mogliśmy z niego skorzystać. Kiedy zwróciliśmy na to uwagę w recepcji, poinformowano nas, że godziny otwarcia są podane na stronie i można było to sprawdzić przed przyjazdem. Niestety, mimo naszych próśb, nie było żadnej możliwości, aby chociażby rano. Podsumowując, hotel jest piękny, ale kwestie logistyczne i organizacyjne znacznie obniżyły komfort pobytu.

On occassions the road was busier than we expected. It only matters for the rooms facing the street. But it is balanced by all other aspects of the stay.

Everything was amazing! The view, the pool, the food, the staff. All the personnel was extremely friendly and helpful and they really made you feel welcome. We also rented MTBs, again very high quality and excellent service

Great stay in Ramsau

Beautiful, clean and silent environment, good beds. Room in third floor with beautiful view. We we hungry when we arrived and got dinner even though were late. We got good tips what to do there.

Noisy kids in the pool area and neighbourhood in the late afternoon. Otherwice it was very silent.
