I was disappointed by breakfast, long line, food

The hotel is located in a somewhat remote area if you’re walking, but it’s still easily accessible by public transport or car. Walking from the central railway station takes about 35 minutes, which can be a pleasant option in good weather if you’re not carrying heavy luggage. The area itself is very beautiful, and the hotel is situated right by the lakeside. The room was very spacious and included a balcony. However, in my case, despite being on a high floor, there was no lake view (not a problem for me, though). The room was clean and very quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The spa was clean, with good organization, including separate changing rooms. The breakfast selection is good and provides everything needed for an active start to the day.

The thing that surprised me was that my room did not have proper lighting besides a small table lamp. I stayed only one night and was away for most of the time, so it didn’t affect me much, but still. It might be worth asking at reception about this. The spa is very noisy and feels more like an aquapark than a spa. There were children of the opposite gender (boys) in the women’s area. While it is completely appropriate for a toddler boy to be there with his mother, boys around 6–7 years old and older should use such areas separately with male family members. The overall design of the rooms and spa feels slightly outdated and in need of renovation. The hotel is rated as a 4-star property, but currently it feels more like a strong/ improved 3-star. It would be great to have towels and bathrobes available directly in the spa area, so guests don’t need to carry them from their rooms. Also, please, please! provide proper plastic slippers instead of disposable thin fabric ones. It was very uncomfortable to walk in totally wet slippers (walking barefoot is not an option in a public swimming area). Since my room was in an annex building, I had to go outside after my spa session, and it’s still quite cold.

It was clean. Spa is great.

Room bathroom. Shower wass totally broken. The cabine looked like two men had a fight in it. Shower handle flu across the bathroom when water turned on, showerhose was dancing like a posest one. There wass also mold dots. Impposible to shower. The worst part was that they tryed very cheaply to fix and hide all that.

One of the pillows were dirty with white stains.
