Very friendly staff and comfortable room and area

Location was great, I loved the park nextdoor, and it was a close walk to the train station. Comfortable, modern, professional staff. I slept well.

Need to pay for wifi. I am not a premier member, and have no need to share my information.

The coffee maker in the room didn't work and I almost lost my patience with it, so in the end, I had to get coffee from the downstairs bar. The room's TV was also annoying—it didn't have YouTube or any other apps, and connecting my phone to it didn't work.

I liked that it was in the same building complex as our event venue. The (adult) bed and bedding was nice, just enough soft. Bathroom was well stocked.

The AC blew air even when in “Off” mode. There was a dead fly between windows. Asked for baby crib- does Finland not practice safe sleep? The crib was first of all very small, and came with fluffy pillow and blanket. There should be nothing in the bed of under one year old. I had marked that the child is under one year of age so it was strange to me to see the bedding. When showering, the half glass wall let water spray to half the bathroom, making floor wet.
