Excellent location overlooking the lake on the quiet side and very near the train station.
The hotel has just been totally renovated and is beautiful and stylish. It is very clean although our room was not serviced, despite our requesting this.
On Saturday night it was extremely busy in the restaurant. Several choices had run out, including rosé wine. When our food arrived, it was luke warm and we had to send it back. The staff were very apologetic and did heat up the food but I would expect better for a very expensive restaurant. Finally, there was no Sunday evening dinner available but this seems to be the norm in Finland, even if you are an overnight guest.
