Our apartments needed a bit of an update

Handy location for the ferry, close to town and beach. We did not use the other facilities but there were pools and games rooms on site.

Apartment was looking in need of tlc and not the stylish property shown in the images. At the price we paid having to make our own beds seemed unreasonable

In need of a bit of tlc!

There is a good amount of parking and it is a pleasant walk from the complex into the town centre.

Everything seems tired and run down. Paint is chipping off the door frames, drawings on the walls; it all needs a good lick of paint. The beds are hard and uncomfortable! There is an unpleasant, damp smell, particularly in the back bedroom of the apartment. I also wasn’t impressed that you pay originally for the apartment and then get informed you are required to pay for bed linen, towels etc. There is also an additional charge for an end of stay clean unless you are will to clean the apartment yourself, which will be taken out of the 350E deposit they ask you to pay.

Great stay

Our stay here was lovely, the location was ideal, the sauna and pool were a particular favourite, the 2 bedroom house was large, clean and had everything we needed for our self catered stay.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Wonderful location and fun relaxed stay, but add-ons were surprisingly costly

Location was superb, and the staff on the front desk were always lovely. The breakfast we had delivered on the first day due to arriving too late to buy anything from the supermarket on Sunday, was very generous with good croissants!

We had to pay extra for cleaning of the apartment after we left, but still had to empty bins and strip beds etc, which should have been included considering we were paying for cleaning. Also has to make our own beds on arrival which I wasn’t expecting, and take sheets snd towels to reception, (and pay for towel hire), so given all of that I think the charging for cleaning after your stay is a bit steep and made the check out experience a bit busy and unpleasant (especially with a young baby in tow). No soft furnishings in the apartment meant every noise was very loud and it wasn’t that comfy, but it was ideal for exploring Brittany and spending most of the time out and about

worse than camping ! Never again!!

we arrived early at 0900 reception was closed but eventually we were told we couldn’t check in before 1700 and were told to wait. They were not at all helpful. the property was nice and well equipped but when we eventually got in we found the beds were unmade and were told we should make them up ourselves. the property was on two floors with the beds on the upper floor along with the bathroom. The shower was over a very slippery high sided bath with nothing to hold onto. the toilet was on the ground floor down a very steep staircase. there was only one handrail which was poorly secured to the wall. The outdoor pool was closed for maintenance throughout our stay. we were told on checking in we needed to leave a credit card deposit of 350euros. when we checked out they were unable to tell us how much would be charged from our deposit. we were also told to strip the beds and clean throughout the property. we thought we had booked the equivalent of a hotel, this certainly wasn’t. I wouldn’t want to stay again. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Quiet and green garden. Beautiful environment. Relative new interior of cottage.

The ‘Ryanair’ approach of a price for the bare minimum and than having to pay for just about everything else. This does not make you feel very welcome. The beds are the worst I have ever encountered.

not what it said on the tin!

location great walk to beach or town , explore the areas beauty

stayed in winter so wanted the indoor pool to work , but it was broken , no real apology , just a no to call? bed was so light i could carry it with one hand thats a double bed? a bit grubby in general, and extra costs ridiculous, cheaper to buy towels , free wifi ?? end of stay cleaning 59 euro, charged for tv , and a deposit 260euro. plus booking cancellation was within 24 hours of booking not 24 before start of stay.

They didn't have our booking on arrival (after driving all day), despite all our confirmations and payment taken and made us feel like it was our problem. We had to wait 15 mins for them to juggle rooms around and find us a house, but they didn't reassure us or apologize at any point.

Días tranquilos en Saint Pol de León.

La pileta climatizada y el gimnasio suman mucho confort a la estadía. El apartamento estaba adecuadamente equipado para cocinar. El espacio era suficiente y con calefacción adecuada -fuimos en invierno-. La accesibilidad es adecuada, cerca del centro de la ciudad por calle asfaltada, con supermercados y otros lugares de compra a no más de 1,5km.

No había productos de limpieza disponibles -ni siquiera detergente y esponja-. El agua caliente demora mucho en reponerse. Al ser limitado el horario de atención era difícil plantear estas dificultades al personal durante la estancia. No fue posible hacer funcionar el sistema de wi-fi pago.

L’emplacement

La piscine n’est pas propre. Le dirigeant pas très avenant. Par contre le saisonnier pour l’état des lieux très bien, à savoir que cette personne avait 5 départ à 11h à faire il s’est excusé de la gêne. À notre départ j’ai indiqué que son saisonnier était gentil et bienveillant le dirigeant n’a pas deniers lever les yeux ou me dire oui que se soit.

Bonne surprise et séjour agréable.

Logement spacieux et agréable. Bien situé (possibilité de se rendre à pied dans le centre ville). Calme. Petite piscine intérieure suffisamment chauffée et suffisante par rapport à la taille du complexe. Présence d'un mini-club. Personnel accueillant.

Il manque un peu d'espace de rangement dans l'appartement (pour trois c'était suffisant mais pour 4 ou 6 cela peut devenir un peu juste), le logement mériterait un petit rafraichissement (peinture, plan de travail ...). Absence de connexion internet (y compris en 4G/5G).

La piscine

Malgré les infrastructures piscine, tennis... La résidence est vieillissante sans charme. L'appartement que nous avions est mal entretenu : peinture cloquée, moquette sale, équipement minimum Pas du tout a adaptées a un petit séjour malgré "le kit court" séjour fourni par l'établissement. Le rapport qualité-prix n'est clairement pas au rendez vous Prix certainement expliqués par les équipements communs mais ne vaut pas le coup.

L'emplacement, les piscines intérieures, extérieur et le sauna !

La qualité du logement et ses services. La propreté : poussière sur micro-onde, sol et vaisselle n'étaient pas hyper propres, balais sale en autre. Logement plutôt vétuste avec de vieux équipements : mobiliers abîmés, disfonctionnement de la hotte, mauvaise isolation (humidité, pollution sonore, moisissures dans la salle de bain). Manque de matériels : éponge, liquide vaisselle, papier toilette, aspirateur pour faire le ménage. Coût en plus pour avoir de la wifi + tv : ça fait 8 ans que nous voyageons (France + pays étrangers), c'est la 1ère fois que nous voyons ça... La seule fois où nous avons dû payer la tv, c'était à la maternité ! Coût de taxe de séjour. 900€ pour la semaine c'est trop élevé par rapport à tous ces défauts ! On a déjà trouvé mieux pour 2 fois moins chère !

Le logement en rez de chaussée avec terrasse et jardinet, la piscine , la salle de sport, la laverie (payante). Proximité de la ville, du port, des restaurants et commerces
