Santec is a small coastal village near Roscoff, very typical for its gardens surrounded by low walls. Santec offers visitors 17 km of coastline including 14 km of beaches. Relaxation, discovery, sports related to the sea are many at home ..
For our friends walkers The GR34 passes next to the rental. A bar / restaurant is located near Ti Fanta where you can enjoy the famous mussels / fries or a small aperitif on the terrace.

'Ti Fanta' has a splendid view on the island of Batz upstairs, cross the road and you are at the beach.
This holiday home has kept all the charm of penn-ty bretons by offering a quality of renovation comfort and well being.

A pleasant and comfortable gite, close to a beautiful beach perfect for walking along and watching birds. An area of beauty and history, we had a great time exploring churches and historic houses and the nearby towns

Christine is a friendly, wonderful and helpful host. The cottage is beautiful, cozy and well-equipped.. Santec is a village at the west coast of Bretagne. If you love the outdoors there are plenty of opportunities. Roscoff is within 4km.

We had a fabulous time. The house was very neat and clean, and Christine was very helpful. The beach (which is just across the road) is pet and family friendly - and the village of Roscoff is lovely. We absolutely recommend holidaying here.

We had a great holiday in Santec. The house is located quite nicely 50 meters from a sandy beach, all necessary infrastructure is easily available by short drives. The house is perfectly equipped for a vacation and maintained in a very good shape. The landlords are very kind and supportive.

Santec ist naheliegend zu Roscoff und Saint-pol-de-Léon und hat somit eine tolle Lage, sowohl zum einkaufen als auch zum Stadt erkunden. Das kleine Haus hat eine tolle Umgebung mit einem wunderschönen Strand, welcher maximal eine Minute Fußweg entfernt ist. Auch sonst umliegt dem Haus, nicht weit entfernt, ein schöner Wald und weitere Strände. Das Haus an sich hatte teilweise ein paar Mängel (z.B an der Couch). Zur Eigenreinigung während des Aufenthalts steht einem lediglich ein Besen und ein nicht richtig funktionierender Staubsauger zur Verfügung, was die Sauberkeit ein wenig beeinträchtigt, deswegen auch „nur“ die vier Sterne.

zum zweiten Mal im gemütlichen Ti Fanta am plage du pouldu. Einmal über die wenig befahrene Straße und man ist am Strand.....linksrum Richtung plage de Dossen, rechtsrum zur Halbinsel Perhardy, wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge garantiert.....die Ile de Batz genau gegenüber.....fast greifbar.... und die Vermieterin jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar, Danke Christine

Une charmante petite maison très bien située à 50 mètres de la plage (il suffit de traverser la rue). Les propriétaires sont charmants, disponibles et nous ont indiqué les sites aux alentours à visiter ainsi que les chemins de randonnées. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in einem äusserst gemütlichen Haus verbracht. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Das Haus liegt einen Steinwurf vom Meer entfernt. Unsere beiden Hunde konnten sich am Strand austoben. Christine, die Gastgeberin hat uns super Tipps für schöne Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben. Sehr sympathische Gastgeber.

Petit logement charmant et cossy très calme, situé juste en face de la plage. Il y a beaucoup de visites à faire juste aux alentours. Die Bilder von aussen sind besser dargestellt ,wie tatsächlich gegeben. Das noch zusätzlich Nebenkosten (Oktober bis einschließlich März /Strom/Wasser)anfallen nur im Kleingedruckten und französisch. Vermieter sehr freundlich. Kommunikation mir der Vermieterin nur auf Französich, Ehemann spricht bedingt Englisch.Gerne wieder!

Nah am Meer, Meerblick allerdings nur von den Dachfenstern, das entspricht voll der Anzeige. Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus in guter Lage. Sehr guter Technischer Komfort mit Spülmaschine, Reinigsmitteln, Bettwäsche usw., was man do nicht immer vorfindet. Traumhafter Urlaub und sehr nette und entgegenkommende Gastgeber. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Da wir kein Französisch sprechen,war es schwer mit der Verständigung,aber wir haben das trotzdem gut hinbekommen. Das Haus war sehr schön und nur 50 m vom Strand entfernt.Jeden morgen konnte man einen schönen Spaziergang mit dem Hund machen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Bretagne ist sehr schön und wenn man raue Landschaften liebt, alte mittelalterliche Häuser und kilometerlange Strände ist man dort gut aufgehoben, um einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Santec verbracht. Schönes Häuschen, gut eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Einmal die Dorfstraße überqueren, die direkt am Haus vorbeiführt , uns aber nicht gestört hat, ist nicht viel Verkehr und schon ist man am Strand. Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hatten gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurant. Insgesamt t eine super Woche! Mercy Bien

Ti Fanta is just south of Roscoff, well maintained and in a beautiful setting. Spacious, the beds a bit hard, large kitchen and bathroom. Obviously well loved by the owners

Vous traversez la rue et vous êtes à la plage ! Je recommande cette jolie petite maison très bien rénovée et bien décorée. Rien ne manque... La propriétaire nous a bien guidé sur les différents sites à visiter et les nombreuses balades à faire (à pied car pas de vélos)...

Mit viel Geschmack eingerichtetes kleines Haus, in dem wir uns rundum wohl fühlen konnten. Strategisch sehr gute Lage sowohl zum nahen weitläufigen Strand als auch um Unternehmungen in andere Gegenden zu starten. Sehr nette Vermieter, die mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps aufwarten konnten. Vom Dachfenster sieht man die Ile de Batz, der Strand ist 30m entfernt, am Damm verläuft der G34 Küstenwanderweg, nach rechts kann man nach Roscoff spazieren ca 4km, nach links zum Surferstrand Dossen ca 4,5km. Perfekte Ausgangsbasis für viele Attraktionen im nördlichen Finistere. Das Haus hat viel Platz für 4 Personen und jeglichen Komfort. Ein kleiner Garten neben dem Haus. Eine Terrasse vor dem Haus. Die kleine Dorftraße am Haus ist recht nah und ist auch hörbar, störte uns aber nicht.
