Apartament znajduje się blisko stacji PKP Gdańsk Oliwa. Jest to jakieś 10 minut na piechotę do lokalizacji. Jeżeli chodzi o apartament, to był bardzo czysty i zadbany. Jest to kawalerka wypasiona. Jest pralka i prysznic w łazience. Kuchnia jest zmodernizowana z kuchnią indukcyjną, zmywarką, lodówką i mikrofalówką. W kuchni jest dużo asortymentu dostępnego do dyspozycji gotowania (patelnia, garnki i itp.). Łóżko jest podwójne i duże. Do dyspozycji jest również sofa rozkładana. Jest mały telewizor, WiFi oraz konsola Xbox. Nie zabrakło radia z budowanym Bluetooth i odtwarzacza płyty CD w jednym. Garderoba znajduje się w przedpokoju i dużym pokoju. Uważem, że jest to fajna kawalerka dla dwóch osób.

Bardzo funkcjonalnie urządzone mieszkanie, w szczególności, iż kuchnia jest osobnym pomieszczeniem w mieszkaniu. Właściciel zadbał o bogate wyposażenie, które również umila pobyt. Dodatkowym plusem jest lokalizacja oraz wewnętrzny parking.
