Good location near the crossing of the main two streets. 10 min to the sea.

We would like to have a drying rack in the facilities to dry our towels and clothes after swimming

Very good

Location is excellent, just at the corner of the main promenade in Sopot, and very close to most tourist attractions. Easy to reach by train, which we also used to go and visit the nearby cities. Breakfast was not included, but we enjoyed cafes and bars on the Monte Cassino street, where various breakfast types are served form 8 till 13. Room was very clean and spacious, really comfortable for 3 people and a dog. The owner is very friendly and helpful, responded quickly to all our requests.

The noise from the main street was a bit too much and made it impossible to keep the window open. Also, there is very limited car parking space at this property. The owner helped us with allowing to park at her place for a few hours, which was very nice, but then we had to chase for another slot outside the property.

Gospodyni najlepsza z najlepszych - pomocna i życzliwa. Duży plus za cukierki i książki do wypożyczenia.;) Świetnie, że zamiast kilku kluczy jest karta otwierająca wszystkie drzwi w budynku.

Bardzo polecam!

Przesympatyczna obsługa, bardzo pomocna. Duży, przestronny pokój w uroczej starej kamienicy, jest klimat. Duży plus za prywatny parking za kamienicą. Było bardzo czysto w pokoju i łazience, w pokoju jest mini-lodówka, w korytarzu można było wziąć suszarkę lub parasol, dodatkowo do wypożyczenia gry lub książki. Idealna lokalizacja w środku, pomiędzy dojściem do plaży i na deptak z restauracjami a Operą Leśną, wszędzie było łatwo dojść pieszo.

Jedyne minusy to takie, na które właścicielka nie ma wpływu: w kamienicy nie ma windy, więc na wyższe piętra trzeba dojść schodami oraz mieliśmy okna od strony ruchliwej ulicy w centrum, więc w nocy było głośno przy otwartym oknie.

Lokalizacja jest świetna - 10 minut drogi od centrum i plaży oraz 2 minuty do dworca. to jest praktycznie samo centrum, kilka kroków od ulicy Bohaterów Monte Cassino. Pokój był dość duży, większy niż miewałam w apartamentach o wyższej cenie, duże wrażenie robiła ładna cześć wspólna oraz elementy retro, którymi uzupełniono nowoczesne wnętrze (można było poczuć klimat dawnego Sopotu:). Na pewno tu wrócę :)

Tu jest jakby luksusowo 😉

Byłam po raz drugi, wróciłam ze względu na czystość, komfort, bliskość do ul. Bohaterów Monte Cassino, plaży, dobrych punktów gastronomicznych i wielu innych atrakcji, jakie oferuje Sopot. Szczerze polecam!

Osoby starsze bądź niepełnosprawne mogą mieć problem z wchodzeniem po schodach na drugie piętro.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt w rewelacyjnym i klimatycznym miejscu!

Przede wszystkim na wiele słowa uznania zasługuje właścicielka, pani Aneta, z którą cały czas mieliśmy świetny kontakt. Kamienica jest bardzo zadbana, wnętrza utrzymane w czystości, na korytarzu wszelkie udogodnienia dla turystów (można zaparzyć kawę, są suszarki do włosów, żelazko itp.). Wielkie wrażenie robi piękny stary piec kaflowy, który nadaje miejscu wyjątkowy klimat. Sam pokój czyściutki, pachnąca pościel, bardzo wygodne łóżko, są ręczniki, przestronna łazienka i bardzo ładny wystrój samego wnętrza. Stosunek ceny do jakości bardzo korzystny!

Świetna lokalizacja, szczególnie bliskość dworca PKP i Opery Leśnej. Nad morze tez jest niedaleko (Monciakiem). Pokoje hotelowe są w starej kamienicy, nie zniszczonej adaptacjami pod wynajem (jak to czasem bywa). Piękny piec kaflowy wewnątrz. Bardzo miła gospodyni.

W pokoju było przesadnie ciepło, ale to może przez przedburzową pogodę.
