We had a truly amazing experience at the hotel!
Dani the manager was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. The reception staff were absolutely wonderful and friendly, professional, and always ready to help especially Vespina! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well organized. It looked even better than in the photos!! The food was delicious! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place and good service!

Despina made our trip to Crete and the Gulf villas the most memorable part of our Greece vacation. She went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. Most beautiful views and wonderful stay!

The layout of this hotel is very cosy, little private streets in the hill side, nice views, apartments, villas or rooms, a beautiful pool area, and great breakfast. The welcome at arrival was great. The receptionist and the general managers great.
The restaurant manager was rude. They informed us after arrival they would have a dj at night -great when your on holiday with a baby and the dj setup is made 20 meters from your terrace windows. It was unbearable, first at dinner we had to scream to each other, I could see most of the guest there were young families also did not enjoy it - the staff seemed to enjoy it though so I guess its more important to entertain the restaurant staff than respect their guests. When we complained after a few hours, the restaurant manager asked me to show her and her guest respect. what a joke. The restaurant was then more or less empty af few guest still at tables as fare away from the horrible dive bar dj. But the restaurant manager getting drunk eating with her "buddies". In my world this lady would be unemployed the next day. When the reception called down to complained they were also ignored. They told me they have turned of the music, which was not the case.. The beach that you get the impression is out side the hotel is actually 4km away.. thanks for the information BOOKING. The bathtube plug not working. The fridge not working well. Bad curtains letting light in.
