The location is really good, taxi's are available at the doorstep. Very close to malls and convenience stores. Rooms are clean and decent size, with good views at night

The breakfast was very underwhelming, mostly for locals. Almost nothing but a few pastries for the rest of the population. Very little choice also

Good location (5min walking from Olympic station MTR). Super easy to check-in and out. Rooms were clean

Rooms are super tiny, with very thin walls. Bathrooms are non existent in terms of space. Pricy per se, but good “deal” considering Hong Kong’s prices overall

Location in Mongkok (Mk) give easy access to food n shopping. McDonalds is just opp street. Hotel provides shuttle to MK MTR. But the way back to hotel from MK takes 40 mins to reach as pick up from numerous locations Taxis right at doorstep and always available. Lady at the BBF restaurant is helpful and has good attitude. BBF is basic but sufficient with all essentials. Keep it up! Good laundry facilities - 2 washers and 2 dryers with Ironing board. 40hkd each per wash or drying and can pay with Octopus card Free chilled red or white wine from 6 to 7pm. Self serve. Family room caters to young family with teddy bear n kiddies snacks.

Driver is rather rude, temperamental and reckless. Criticise guest in cantonese inside the bus but I can unstd what he said. Bad attitude brings down hotel's image Room rather small despite family room Olympic MTR not that near to hotel
