We were pampered staying at this beautifully-designed hotel with one-sided, glass-walled hallways allowing a view into the atrium. Quiet room with long desk and private bathroom with long vanity. The hotel is conveniently located at one end of Tokyo Station with access to all forms of public transportation, restaurants, and stores. Impressive customer service at the front desk during check-in with unexpected luggage assistance and an introduction to the amenities in our room in addition to the complete handling of the process for the luggage delivery carrier service to our next hotel.

Enjoyed looking over the railway tracks. Very convenient for getting a dinner in the evening (many restaurants nearby) and catching a train the next morning

Proximity
Our room was old and very, very small, in fact my side of the bed was against the wall. The bathroom was tiny, old and components of poor quality.
separately i am not sure i would stay in a hotel again where the hotel started on level 27.
The breakfast was at best average.
