It’s very close to the train station 🚉 and town.

Location, front desk staff personality, luggage storage and Self check-in mechanism after reception working hours.

I informed the Hotel, weeks in advance, I will be coming by a train to Linz after 5pm. However, I had limited internet access and THE information regarding self check-in (using a code to obtain room KEY) was given to me in short notice before I reached the Hotel. Thank god my friend (who booked a separate room in the same hotel) was given the self check-in instructions, weeks in advance, and told me to try a certain code similar in nature to his code & it worked. No fan was provided as the room was warm. Wifi was very weak on Floor 3 & didnt work (connected without internet) the next day before I checked out. Room service staff were speaking to each other loudly while making up the other vacant room next to me, although it was morning time (before 8am). I am sure they didn't realize that.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the shared bathroom was very clean. The staff is very kind, I could do the check in late at night. It's very close from the main train station.

The area of the main train station and around it (including the hotel location) feels shady, specially at night. I'm a woman traveling solo and walked from the train station to the hotel (about 15 minutes walk) at 22h, it was very scary! If it's late, I would recommend taking the tram even if it's a short walk.
