Прекрасные современные апартаменты. Комфорт и красота. Отличное расположение. Подземный паркинг, можно с питомцами (для нашей собачки была приготовлена лежаночка, пледик и полотенце для лап - это невероятно мило). Спасибо большое Gertraud, всегда была на связи, если возникал какой-то вопрос. Рекомендую!

Die Ausstattung ist alles nagelneu. Das Apartment ist vollständig ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine inklusive Waschmittel. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und zu jederzeit erreichbar. Wir fanden auch für unser großes Auto einen super Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Preis der Tiefgarage ist für Linzer Verhältnisse voll in Ordnung. Die isolierten Fenster sind natürlich mitten in der Stadt top.
Die Klimaanlage war etwas laut, und für uns persönlich ist das Bett sehr weich. Leider gibt es auf der riesigen Terrasse noch keine Terrassenmöbel.

Einfach alles. Die Größe, die Sauberkeit, die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin, die Lage. Wenn ich mehr Punkte geben könnte würde ich es tun! Wir reisen sehr viel und probieren gern neue Apartments aus. Das ist eines der Besten!
