Hôtel Wallace Paris, Orso Hotels, a Member of Design Hotels

The hotel was stylish, clean and the staff were very friendly. The decor was really nice - art deco style! Very Parisian. The location was great, close to bars and restaurants - be careful of bars tricking you into paying full price for weakened down beer, they obviously saw us "tourists" coming.

The breakfast was very disappointing. It was extremely limited and their egg boiler for boiled eggs was useless. We actually only ate at the hotel once out of 3 times due to this.

Overall, the hotel was excellent. Rooms were clean and super helpful! Helped arrange transfers to and from hotel when needed. We got free cocktails on arrival as we opted to not have room Cleaned whilst we were there for out short stay! Location was good for walking everywhere.

I was not expecting a very good breakfast after reading some poor reviews but we were pleasantly surprised! Continental breakfast every day with homemade cakes! Only downfall was on our last day we had to keep asking for things to be restocked as they were not on top of it however lady then kept topping our drinks up .

The room was well appointed and very clean. Sofia at the front desk, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly-she definitely added to our stay. All of the staff we met were very professional and eager to be of assistance. We particularly enjoyed some wine on the terrace the first night we were there. Also, the breakfast was delicious and filling and the beds very comfortable. We also interacted with Erica who was friendly, helpful, and quick to be of assistance. We will look forward to another stay
