Good value for money, just very dated rooms

The hotel had a great pool, lovely staff and the location was great. Walking distance to other parts of Corfu. And only a bus away to the Old Town.

Nice relaxing end to our island hopping

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Convenient bus stop right outside to get to the old town. Short walk to Kanoni and restaurants and Mon Repos. Lovely guest relations girl.

Could do with modernisation but every thing was ok. Noise from the airport but not particularly disturbing.

Good location, helpful staff and comfy beds.

The location was great. The bus stop is directly across the road to take you into Corfu Town. There are restaurants nearby and we loved Captain George’s. There is a small beach at the bottom shared with Corfu Palace Hotel that can be used. Close to walk to wonderful view of Mouse Island and to watch all the planes landing. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is looking a bit tired. A fresh paint job in the rooms and hallways and a few updates would make a huge difference. Other than that, a comfortable stay at the hotel.

Fine for a night...

Breakfast was good. Location was reasonable - just for a night before departing from the airport. Easy parking.

Tired property, Faded grandeur. Tempted to say it was probably great in the 80's but little sign of having been touched since. Pool area was big and could be great but water was cloudy and reeked of chlorine. Great for 1 night before the flight home, but would be very disappointed if we'd booked here for longer.

Fair pricing for the provisions.

Breakfast was poor in selection, they were slow on replacing cold water etc. they run out of glasses and replaced them with paper cups and the breakfast room was extremely hot and humid, with no airconditioning in operation. Swimming pool was way too warm and needs some maintenance because it shows it's age. Generally, the hotel shows its age.

It wasn't worth the price

We expected fresh seafood during dinners, but the fish was frozen and disgusting. No shrimp, no calamari, no octopus, nothing. Breakfast was awful as well — the omelette wasn’t fresh and seemed to be made from a package, not real eggs. The fried eggs were swimming in oil. The ham was really cheap and even looked awful. The rooms were old and in need of renovation. We had ants. The bathroom smelled terribly of sewage. No matter what we did — whether we opened the window or kept it closed — nothing helped. We did not expect so much noise from the airport and airplanes. There are no pictures showing that you can see the runway from the hotel balcony. Ariti Grand Hotel does not deserve 4 stars; 3 is the maximum.

Best hotel in Corfu

The hotel is amazing. The views are incredible and the staff are the best part of the hotel. We stayed for two nights in Ariti and it is the perfect hotel in Corfu. We got the bus into the old town which is approx 10-15 mins away and you have amazing views of planes landing and taking off from the hotel. The staff were just amazing, they made our experience, a lovely breakfast too and the pool is great. A special thanks to everyone at the reception who made our stay so memorable. We will be back!

The brilliant thing is that it's close to the beach...its a walking distance. There are shops nearby...and the stop of tourist open-bus is situated outside the hotel

3* hotel at best, but with 5* plus service from the staff!

The swimming pool area (apart from the miserable lifeguard), and all of the staff, who were amazing. This is a 3 star property (maximum) with 5 star service. The location was also ideal, lovely and quiet but only 10 minutes from the busy areas. The food around the pool was also good value and tasty

This is listed as 4*, but is at best a 3* property. It looks very tired and needs renovations. A double room comes with two single beds pushed together, the breakfast is quite disappointing. With proper renovations and cleanliness, this could be a 4* hotel!

Good value for money, would recommend for a short stay!

The staff were really helpful and friendly. We requested a late check out and we were given a free room to stay at until our flight. Breakfast buffet has an okay selection of food, coffee tasted well. We stayed at the pool which had 0 people so it was really private and quiet. We were surprised that the airport noise did not disturb us since there was only a couple of flights in the evening and if you close the balcony/window there is barely any noise. Good value for money. Would recommend if you are looking for a short stay near the airport to quickly get there. The bus stop is 20 metres from the hotel front door so it is really easy to get to the city centre.

The AC did not blow any cold air so our room was like a sauna. In the evening we opened the balcony and fortunately this helped to cool down our room. The beds were comfortable but they kept sliding away from each other because there are wheels under the beds which was odd.

Nice family stay

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was fresh and tasty even if meals were repeated. Gluten free bread and meals provided once asked with no problem. Great service in the restaurant. Room service /cleaning provided daily. We had a great view from family-double room apartment. Hotel is really close to airport so you could watch and hear the starting/landing planes. Not a problem for us (kind of attraction) but someone may not like it.

The smell from sanitary facilities was noticable in some parts of the hotel. Location is ok if you have a car to get to nicest parts of Corfu. There is no nice beach close by.

I booked a lake View room but unfortunately the balcony was brick and blocked in so we were unable to see the view I spoke to the staff on three occasions with each one saying I needed to be there at a different time to request a room change

Absolutely lovely stay, the Bartender Demetris is an absolute gem and the highlight of the hotel, couldn't recommend him anymore he's a credit to the hotel always smiling and welcoming.
