Okay stay, great value for money

Very close to suburban train station, 10 mins walk to nearest metro station to get straight in to Milan or 1 hour straight from mainline station Milan bruzzano to lake Como, luxury room was also very spacious & clean

Our only issue was on both nights we stayed we heard everybody & everything from nearby rooms & corridor making it difficult to get any sleep

I won’t recommend to people that want to get rest !!

The property was clean and the staff very welcoming.

But too much noise because of families with kids and a fire alarm that started at midnight because of people that burned their food in the kitchen !! Too many families with kids and too much noise from the neighbors !!

Good stay in Grenoble downtown close to train station

Standard hotel room with kitchenette. Quiet location close to the train station. Underground parking with car elevator is a safe place.

Breakfast rather expensive, did not try.

Location was perfect to walk into central Grenoble. Great value. Room v clean and well equipped. Staff friendly and helpful. V secure.. 2 lifts

Communal areas need refurbishment, we thought the carpets were patterned they were so stained! Parking under building is v expensive and involves a James Bond style car lift, which was a bit freaky but worked! Then found street parking nearby was free, and generally available. Shower weird but usable.

Polite, nice and helpful staff, location close to tram and train station, big studio with bath tub, good kitchen, cosy big bed, beautiful view from my room, big bathroom, good wifi, small fitness room was good, good value for your money

the facility design was good

The outside grounds as you approach the building was filled will cigarette buts and other trash. There were weeds growing in the sidewalk and near the building. The interior carpet was filthy, deplorable, and completely unacceptable. With the application of a small amount of resources the appearance and overall rating of this property would improve. The above observations indicate poor management and ownership.
